            With over 20 years experience in commercial property and business spent asset managing multi million pound property

          portfolios, working with blue chip occupiers and developers, adding value and leading projects, I am passionate about

          helping private investors succeed.  I have collated my knowledge, hands on experience, contacts, resources and proven

          processes into a twelve month programme to help you learn how to invest in commercial property and build a portfolio for

          yourself.

          I offer small group mentoring, maximum 10 per group.  You will learn and implement the how, what, where and when of

          commercial property investment and how to build a commercial property portfolio. The first six months is focussed on

          learning, making contacts and building your deal pipeline with the second six months focussed on implementation and

          support.

                                              Timescale: 12 months                                 Location: Online and In-Person

            The programme:

              1. One day per month structured learning, deal analysis, strategy and support:

                                                              - Market overview, understanding the commercial property market
                                                      - Sourcing commercial property and building your deal pipeline
                                                      - Valuing and analysing commercial property investments
                                                      - Funding, options and requirements
                                                              - Leases, terminology and negotiation
                                                      - Tenant find and due diligence
                                                      - Deal analysis of live opportunities
                                                      - Individual action plans and accountability

            2. Interim monthly individual video call 45 mins for questions and accountability

            3. One day accompanied ON PATCH DAY viewings of properties in your chosen investment area

            4. Access to my professional advisors including Solicitors, agents, valuers and finance brokers

            6. Document library including lease, option agreement, management agreement

           7. Follow up emails and calls for implementation after the initial 6 month learning providing                          advice and support
